Role Overview

 

We are seeking an experienced Client Partner / Business Development Director to drive growth in the Insurance – Property & Casualty (P&C) vertical. This is a hunter role focused on acquiring new clients and generating revenue through strategic digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive, consultative seller who deeply understands the complex challenges within the P&C industry and can effectively position platform-led IT services to C-level executives.


 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Own and drive new logo acquisition in the P&C insurance vertical with a focus on digital transformation solutions.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to enterprise-level insurance clients.
  • Engage with C-level stakeholders to present value-driven IT and digital engineering services.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from prospecting and solutioning to negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, delivery, marketing) to craft customized client solutions.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends, including cloud-native platforms, AI/ML, automation, and big data in insurance.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance insights to senior leadership.

 

Required Skills & Experience

 

  • 10+ years in business development or enterprise sales, including 5+ years in insurance (P&C).
  • Proven track record in hunting new clients and achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, platform services, and the insurance tech ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working in a global delivery model is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar CRM/BD tools.

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Trained or certified in one or more sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, SPIN, MEDDIC).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a consultative and outcomes-driven approach.
